What are the benefits of partnership?
Working in partnership with organizations providing after-school activities to kids, is a win-win situation for both parties. Both our organizations work in tandem to ensure kids are safely brought to to their facilities, have a fun, active and enjoyable workout/activity and are safely delivered back home to their parents. The activity provider gets more enrollments that might otherwise have been missed due to parents thinking they couldn't make the time out to always get their kids to the partner's activities on time and actKIDvity gets more enrollments of kids that we can bring to our partners.
Are there any specific requirements for partners?
Yes. If not already being provided at your service location, we would provide attendance sheets to check-in/check-out kids every time we drop-off or pick-up kids from a partner facility. Our custodian/chaperone will accompany the kids being dropped off and be responsible for checking-in the kids to every activity facility and on completion of the activity, the custodian will return with the van and ensure an accurate check-out of all the kids from the activity facility.

Are there any specific requirements for partners?
Nope. Zilch. Nada. It's a free reciprocal service that allows each of our organizations to benefit from the increase and growth in business.actKIDvity will only store your information for as long as you have an active actKIDvity service subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, the information stored on our servers will be deleted.

Is information about my family safe and secure with actKIDvity?
Because our kids are also clients using actKIDvity services, we do our best to ensure the safe keeping of information about all our clients. Our servers are managed in-house and have physical and electronic security located in our secure office building with cameras, security guards and visitor logs. Our servers and outsourced payment gateways offer 128-bit SSL encryption for enhanced security during sign-up processing for all plans.
